As an experienced host, Airbnb will usually release your payment within 24 hours. And another 3-5 days for the money to reach your bank account depending on the payment method.
Again, direct deposit must be set up as there will be no delays! I usually get my money back within 2 business days excluding weekends.
First, it is one of the fastest options other than PayPal or Western Union. Also, direct deposit does not charge any fees while PayPal charges a fee for each transaction. The fee for PayPal is 2.9% of the amount received plus $0.30 USD.
