I’ve been off it for a long time now where I’ve lost 9 pounds (and gained a TON of energy). We cut out sugar, gluten, meat, dairy and caffeine for 21 days and reset our bodies to a 100% plant-based diet. I plan to continue living and miss the “Covid 15” meal plan for this week.

I created this 7-day meal plan with The Rawk Year and made sure it has 15 delicious recipes that are easy, nutritious, and nutritious. This includes appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert.

This meal plan is for one person. Each dinner consists of two meals – the second meal is intended for lunch the next day. Last Saturday I had pizza for the third time in a week. AAAAND lasagna for lunch. And we’re not talking sad lasagna, we’re talking greasy cheese lasagna.

It’s no secret that pizza is the best thing that happened to man and the world. Science can back it up, research is available. Well, it doesn’t exist, but we all know it. As we all know that celery juice can cure anything (I’m being sarcastic and it hurts me to say this, but what are you going to do).

So pizza + lasagna three times a week. You know what happens – it’s someone’s birthday, you have other things to celebrate, and you don’t want wine, beer, or vodka. And cake, you’ll have cake too.

So things are back on track this week, and here’s the deal: I want to keep doing this every month. We remind you that in the first week of the month we have to take care of our health, whatever happens.

We’ll start cooking more, cut out all the junk, fluff, and focus on what you really need to have energy and feel great: nutritious food.

This challenge is great if you are just starting out and thinking about starting a healthy diet, or if you want to lose weight and need a little boost.

Best case scenario: After this week, you always eat healthy. But if you don’t decide to eat pizza or cake – at least your body is adapted to good food. That way, hopefully, you won’t want to eat pizza or cookies all the time.

High Protein, Low Carb Breakfasts To Help You Lose Weight

Listen, when you talk about clean eating, you want to focus on getting as many nutrients as possible from your diet without overeating. So you need to eat a variety of good natural foods.

Without a doubt, most of your diet should be vegetables. Then find fruits, seeds, nuts, vegetables. And then there’s fatty fish, whole grains, lean protein, coconut oil, and olive oil. And I added cheese, which you can leave out completely if you don’t eat dairy.

I like to keep at least 1-2 days plant based or vegetarian. But that’s a personal choice and you don’t have to if you don’t want to.

Anything high in calories but no nutrients or just bad (like Diet Coke). No soda, no refined grains, sadly no pizza, no juice, no sugar, nothing processed. Between Turkey and Turkey, you take Turkey.

Quick And Simple Meal Prep

Sometimes processed foods don’t have more calories than raw foods, but they have harmful ingredients added to them and you don’t even want to touch them with gloves. I understand? Go as raw and unstructured as possible.

So this is a healthy meal plan that outlines exactly how I want to eat for the next week. Honestly, I won’t be too hard, but I want to try a new recipe. I don’t eat or cook much, but I find it relieves stress, so it’s good.

You don’t have to follow an exact meal plan, just pick the foods you like, add other healthy foods you’ve tried, and experiment! Try something new.

To make it easier, you can prepare some or all of the food before you start. I like to cook my quinoa, make my tzatziki and hummus ahead of time, it saves me a lot. Use a separate airtight container or 2-3 compartment food preparation container for each serving.

Day Diet Plan For Weight Loss

If you are short on time, you can buy pre-made tzatziki and hummus. I want to cook everything else fresh: salad, or fish or chicken – I want more taste and that’s the only way I can stick to a healthy diet – when I eat my favorite food.
