Yaamava’ Resort & Casino At San Manuel Opens 17 Story Hotel

According to The Riverside Press-Enterprise, the hotel tower will be 14 to 15 stories tall and will have around 450 rooms. The expansion also includes a larger sports arena, a 3,000-seat performance arena, more meeting and event spaces, a spa, more restaurants and retail outlets, and a 2,200-car parking garage.

According to Press-Enterprise, the parking garage should be completed by the end of 2019. The performance space is scheduled to open in 2012, the document says.

A closing date for the hotel has not yet been set. The tower will also include a spa, restaurants and other amenities.
