How To Stay Motivated To Workout At Home

How To Stay Motivated To Workout At Home – I am very excited to talk about this topic. As most of you know about a year ago I started working outside the home, but I’m not sure I ever got around to it.

I also want to show you how to motivate yourself with exercise at home. I know how overwhelming this sounds because when you’re at home all you want to do is sit on the couch, but it’s actually easier than you think. trust me I’ve been there before.

How To Stay Motivated To Workout At Home

I was a prostitute in the studio. plain and simple. I’ve tried almost every studio workout out there. Pure Barre, [Solidcore], SoulCycle, Orange Theory Fitness, ZengoCycle, Barre Method.

How To Get Motivated To Workout

Before we moved into our new house, I signed up for a monthly membership to Pure Barre. I left the bar to try other workouts at the studio, but then went back to the bar.

What made me give up on it completely was that when we moved to our new city, the studio I wanted to go to wouldn’t fit in my old bar studio. I totally understand since they are each exclusive/owned by different owners so I wasn’t mad about it.

I was definitely disappointed, but I guess it was a blessing in disguise because it ended up saving $169 a month.

I want exercise. It’s always been something about me that even if I don’t work out for a day, I feel bloated. It has also done wonders for my mental health. I feel good after every workout; Even if it’s just 15 minutes.

Home Workout Routines To Stay Fit And Active During The Coronavirus Lockdown

I work out to be in shape and I work out because it makes me feel really good. Also, I work out so I can eat more 😉 Half kidding.

In our old house, I had no place to exercise. I could have done it, but I didn’t feel motivated enough to do it, and since I still had my Barre membership, I just went to Barre.

When we moved into our new home and I needed to decide on a new workout plan, I decided to try the Fitness Blender home workouts.

I gave myself a schedule. I work out four days a week. I worked from home three days a week, so on my lunch break I went to work out in the basement. Then I would start the week by training on Sunday afternoon.

Ways To Get Motivated To Workout (today!)

I invested in the PowerBlox because I liked the idea of saving space and not lugging around 2340987 dumbbells. That was the only investment I made. I already have a yoga mat and many exercises that involve a bench, you can use the floor.

Day after day I forced myself to go down to the basement to exercise. I told myself I had no choice, and what am I going to do for dinner anyway? I mean, yes, I ate, but other than that, I was just wasting time doing nothing.

They say that after X days you enter the regime and it is true. It’s become normal for me and I love it.

Like, half the time I don’t feel like I’m really working because I love a good challenge, and when something is hard and I’m moving, it makes things go so fast.

How To Find The Motivation To Workout At Home

If you sign up for a Fitness Blender account, you get access to their calendar, which is very useful. If you’re like me, if something’s on the calendar, you do it.

So I would plan my weeks 1 day upper body, 1 day lower body, 1 day core/HIIT day, 1 day. They have thousands of workouts on their site (again, free) and have great search filters where you can search by duration, intensity level, target areas, and more.

They also have plans that you can pay for. They basically create an entire fitness program for you with already existing videos, but it works because they are professionals. They have a sale once a year and I’ve stumbled upon many of them and done this event for a while. I find it much easier to make a schedule sitting at the computer.

The programs are also free. $9.99 for some, $7.99 for others. And they are either 4 or 8 weeks. My favorite so far is FB Strong. I just finished FB Booty and before that I also did FB Abs and FB Sweat.

Approaches To Learn Your Workout Preferences

I love her Busy People workouts. It’s usually 30 minutes or less. In fact, most of his workouts are under 42 minutes, which is so ideal.

Strength training is my absolute favorite. It’s a myth that you need to do HIIT/cardio to lose weight. By building lean muscle through strength training, you burn fat, tone, and make you sweat because you work hard and work hard. It’s basically like a cardio workout.

Oh my god, I could honestly talk about fitness blenders all day (and this isn’t actually a sponsored post. I love them so much), but mostly, I work out at home because 1. It’s free, 2. I’m not doing want to leave the comfort of my home, and 3. I love it.

Several times a week now and I still work out on my lunch break. To be honest, nothing has changed from my training a year ago. I strictly follow my training calendar and on some days, if I’m in too much pain or just don’t feel like it, I move it to another day. Fitness Blender’s calendar makes it easy to rearrange workouts.

Tips For Working Out At Home

I started doing Tone It Up workouts because I got a little bored with the same routine/format after doing Fitness Blender for a year and a half.

So I decided to change it up a bit and started working with Tone It Up. I do his daily workouts and then find extra workouts. Sometimes it’s what they offer below, and sometimes I find something on their YouTube channel or app.

While I don’t absolutely love everything about them (they go by way too fast and don’t really push or educate, and their workouts are a bit short), their workouts are a challenge, and that’s what I love.

I’m always dripping with sweat and out of breath at the end of them. Even if they are small. Sometimes I double the workouts because they are *too* short.

I also think that because I have body image issues, TIU has given me unrealistic expectations because my goal every time I see Karina and Katrina (or any of the other girls who train at TIU in the studio) is as follows. “I want to be like them. “. to be thin”.

All I have to say is, “I want to be strong and toned,” but it’s hard when you’re looking at the perfect body.

So I would say I would highly suggest starting with the Fitness Blender. I’m glad I started with FB because it gave me the foundation to be able to get involved in teaching IIT.

As such, I can modify the movements myself and can share some exercises with other people. TIU doesn’t really give you that knowledge.

For example, if I don’t want to do single leg deadlifts, I can do regular deadlifts, or if I don’t want to do tricep pushups, I can do tricep dips.

They don’t talk much about weight and whatnot and I think that’s a very important thing that FB always talks about.

I ended up buying a subscription to TIU’s app to access their on-demand workouts. It’s $83/year and still cheaper than the gym.

However, I recommend starting with the completely free Fitness Blender workouts and getting familiar with the strength training and all before you pay anything.

Reasons Why You Find It Difficult To Workout And How You Can Motivate Yourself, From Experts

That’s how I see it. I am very happy to pay TIU now as I already have the basic knowledge to work with. If I had done it differently, I don’t think I would have gotten my money back.

What you eat has a lot to do with it, so obviously everyone’s results will be different, but if you stick to a clean diet and eat relatively well, you’ll definitely see results. If anything, you’ll be more toned, fitter, and stronger than when you started.

As many of you know, I also started working with a diet coach in February. This doesn’t mean you need to hire a nutrition coach to see results.

By hiring a nutrition coach and eating better this way, I’ve seen gains all around and lost inches around my waist.

How To Start Exercising And Stick To It

This was just my personal goal, however, whatever your goal is, I am confident that if you incorporate exercise and better nutrition, you can achieve anything you want to achieve with your health and body.

All I needed was a nutrition coach to guide me towards my goals and it definitely paid off.
