You can forward a message in Outlook to quickly send an email to a recipient. This is useful when the email recipient does not receive the email you sent. Instead of recreating the entire email, you can simply resend an existing copy. Copies of sent emails are saved in the Sent Items folder. To resend a message in Outlook, you need to view the Sent Items folder. In that folder, double-click the message you want to send to open it in its own Message window.

A familiar working environment can be used by adding a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome (Gmail) or email applications. In addition to API, there are other options for integration into automated workflows.

Sending recorded email using the Outlook add-in After the RMail add-in is successfully installed, you will see an additional “Submit” button above the regular send button in Outlook. So you can continue sending messages normally or register using the RMail button.

In the RMail sending options you can select the option you want for registered mail. By default, the message is sent with a flag. This allows the recipient to see what kind of email it is. If you choose the untagged option, the message will look like a normal email (without the flag) in the recipient’s inbox.
